What Happens?
A consultation will help you learn more about therapeutic coaching, explore how it could help you and how we might work together to address the challenges you face so you can achieve your goals. A free consultation is not a coaching session, it is an opportunity to explore with a coach if this approach will be a good fit for you and what you wish to achieve at this time. There is no obligation to book a coaching session, however I recommend you check out the fees page before booking a free consultation so you know if this will fit within your budget should you wish to proceed. If, during this conversation the coach feels you may be better suited to working with a therapist or indeed another coach at this time in your life, they will share this with you.
Terms & Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events outside your control sometimes require you to reprioritize, and you may therefore occasionally want to change a scheduled appointment. We aim to strike a balance between achieving the flexibility to support your needs at these times with the needs of our business, so we can serve all our clients effectively. Before making a booking please consider the following terms: To reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will endeavor to fit you in to the next available session. If you wish to cancel an appointment, we require 48 hours’ notice to offer a full credit or refund. This will allow time for us to enable another client to benefit from the session that was reserved for you. If, through unforeseen circumstances or planned absence, we choose to reschedule a session with you, we will offer you the next available session, a refund or credit, whichever you prefer.
