The Unburden Coaching Process empowers you to create intentional and lasting change in your life.

It will enable you to access the natural creativity and problem-solving capacity of your own brain whilst freeing you from old stories, and beliefs that are holding you back and getting in the way of your success.

What will the process be like?

Together, through our intentional conversations, we will explore and get clear about:

  • What you want to achieve and your underlying motivations

  • The thoughts and beliefs you have that undermine your ability to achieve what you truly want

  • The reality of your current situation, and the changes necessary to create the result you desire

  • The choices available to you that align with your values, intentions and sense of purpose

  • The actions you are willing to commit to now that will move you forward

  • The learning you will take with you to support your on-going success

Unburden Therapeutic Coaching

The work we do to explore your thoughts and beliefs will help build your awareness of how these influence your feelings, emotions and actions, your relationships and how you experience the world.


As a coach I will facilitate your learning and am passionately invested in your success. As a therapist I will work with you in a way that promotes your sense of safety and acceptance, no matter what comes up in our work together.
