Terms & Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events outside your control sometimes require you to reprioritize, and you may therefore occasionally want to change a scheduled appointment. We aim to strike a balance between achieving the flexibility to support your needs at these times with the needs of our business, so we can serve all our clients effectively. Before making a booking please consider the following terms: To reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will endeavor to fit you in to the next available session. If you wish to cancel an appointment, we require 48 hours’ notice to offer a full credit or refund. This will allow time for us to enable another client to benefit from the session that was reserved for you. If, through unforeseen circumstances or planned absence, we choose to reschedule a session with you, we will offer you the next available session, a refund or credit, whichever you prefer.
